"I really have to thank a manager by the name of Dan Lloyd. Some time ago I visited the store there was a cardboard display I really thought my grandchildren would enjoy. But only if this item would be discarded, I spoke to Mr Lloyd he was pleasant and said no worries it will be saved after the season for you. Sure enough after the Holiday the cardboard item was waiting for me. I was so impressed that this manager remembered His customers and with such care - had it saved for me. What a wonderful person ! A real asset to Shop Rite! With all his responsibilities he has he still went beyond to make a grandma happy! Thank you Mr. Lloyd"

"DOOR DASH RELATED REVIEW. I don't understand why ShopRite in West Milford is giving Doordashers separate treatment than that of other ShopRite locations. In every other location that I have dashed for, the employee brings the items to the car- just as every other customers receiving the Order Pickup service. Additionally, when looking for assistance, their room is empty. So, when being told that Doordashers must come inside is a bit contradictory especially when DoorDash provides strict directions to wait in the Order Pickup lot for the customer's items. Please don't forget that Doordashers are timed and their purchases must be delivered within a time limit. Update: Found that ShopRite gave my customer broken eggs that were placed sideways in the bag. Another reminder to be more careful than confrontational."
